As of August 14, 2025, the transition of the former Office Coffee Service program – now known as the Office Refreshment Program – to Servomation has been completed. The name of the program has been updated to reflect the broader range of product offerings – beyond coffee and associated brewing equipment, Servomation will provide snacks, compostable utensils and paper products, and a selection of Coca-Cola brand soft drinks and beverages.
All customers should keep their existing coffee and water equipment. If it is in need of repair, contact Servomation at service@servomation.com or 315.875.5265. Once the equipment is ready for replacement, Servomation offers several new equipment options.
Placing Orders: A Step-By-Step Guide
Visit cusecoffee.com to place your orders. The website utilizes the Syracuse University single sign-on (SSO), meaning that you will use your NetID and password to log in. You’ll need to set up payment via a University procard, which is the only form of payment that the website will accept.
- Navigate to cusecoffeee.com.
- Click on MY ACCOUNT
- Click LOGIN. You will use your University NetID and password. (Note that generic office email accounts cannot be used, you will need to use an individual NetID and password).
- Select ACCOUNT DETAILS and fill out first and last name. Change the display name to something other than your email address. (We suggest your first and last name and department ex.: First Last Department)
- When ready to order, click on ORDERS and then click on GO SHOP
- Select from tiles displayed such as COFFEE and make selections. Click on the item you want and then click ADD TO CART
- When you are done ordering select CHECKOUT
- During checkout, you will be prompted to enter your shipping address. This will become your default address, which you can edit at any time while placing an order. You may also choose to ship the product to an alternate address.
- Enter your University credit card details and the confirm address is accurate; or edit your address as needed.
- Place order.
- When the order is placed, you will receive an email with the order details as well as visual confirmation on the screen that reads, “THANK YOU. YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED.”
